The buyer will subsequently be offered the opportunity to cancel or amend the
order. All UK prices shown are correct at the time of publication and VAT is
included at the current UK rate of 17.5%. All information from UK 3rd parties
is correct at the time of publishing onto the website; the owners of Top of the
Cue are not in any way liable for inaccuracies displayed in the website.
Descriptions of for example, table football or table tennis goods are supplied
from the manufacturer. If that table football or table tennis table description
contains a slight inaccuracy, Top of the Cue is not liable. Equally we will
attempt to qualify and minimise any possible discrepancies whereever possible.
Payment must be tendered with the order and orders will only be accepted on
receipt of cleared funds unless a credit facility has been put in place. Media
Design (UK) Ltd and Top of the Cue, have the right to refuse an order. Media Design
(UK) Ltd and Top of the Cue will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of
goods however caused.
The entire liability of Top of the Cue under the UK contract to which the order
relates is limited to the value of the order and Top of the Cue will have no
liability for consequential loss, except where losses are within the
contemplation of both parties.
Replacements and Refunds
If an item from a UK supplier is found to be broken or faulty on receipt,
contact us by phone or email. For example if your table football or table
tennis table has a scratch then contact us immediately. You can then arrange to
receive a replacement table football or table tennis table item.
The UK supplier would in this scenario send you a replacement table football or
table tennis table and arrange the return of the faulty table football or table
tennis table. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in
the same condition as received by the buyer.
To cancel your order prior to receipt of goods, contact us by email.
Cancellations will be entitled to a full refund minus a £20.00 cancellations
fee to cover payment charges and administration. Our UK customer services
