Q. Who is Top of the Cue?

Q. Is your website secure for credit card transactions?
All credit card numbers are encrypted within our secure order mechanism when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site in the UK or worldwide. This means that all the data you provide is safe and secure.
Q. What are your products with the biggest savings available?
Our ranges of the higher value prodcuts tend to offer the biggest savings. But of course we would say that, youre thinking. But its true! Our snooker tables, pool tables and air hockey tables offer 100's of pounds off the RRP, whilst lower value goods offer less money off. Either way, you stand to make a fantastic saving when prices are often 50% off the RRP!
To illustrate this point many of our air hockey tables which retail for £500-£600, can be purchased through Top of the Cue for little over £300! Thats the best value for money on air hockey tables around!
Q. Do you sell the perfect cue case and cue stick as well as tables? Yes! As well as snooker tables, pool tables and accessories, Top of the Cue retails a wide variety of one of the most important aspects of your game - your cue stick. We have ranges from all the top manufacturers.
Q. How do I buy online from Top of the Cue?
Simply click on the main category on the left hand side of the page and then a sub category list will appear. Click on the product areas that you are interested in e.g. BCE snooker tables or air hockey tables, and the first 6 UK products will be listed (click on 'next' for the next 6). If you require more information on that product before purchasing then simply click on the INFO button (for example, of particular snooker tables or air hockey tables you are interested in) and a larger image and in most cases a longer description will appear. Add the product to the basket then either continue shopping to buy more products or go to the checkout. You will then be asked to enter your name and address (if you have not yet registered) and also a UK delivery address if this is different to the billing address. Choose your method of payment and follow the payment instructions.
Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?
This varies UK manufacturer by UK manufacturer. In most cases your order will be delivered to UK addresses within 5-7 working days. This is usually dependent on available stock levels, so we ask you to allow 10 working days to allow for unforeseen circumstances. If your item is handmade or a sizeable product such as for large pool tables, snooker tables and air hockey tables then this may take a little longer. The UK delivery courier will contact you in order to arrange delivery at your convenience.
Q. Is it possible for you to source products that aren't listed on your website?
This is often possible. Cue related product ranges alter all the time and it may well be the case that you have seen a product elsewhere that is not apparently available on Top of the Cue. If there is a quality UK pool cue, competition air hockey table or some slate bed UK snooker tables that you've spotted elsewhere, simply email us with your request and we shall do our utmost to source the product you require at the best possible price.
Q. Do you have to be a Member to buy from Top of the Cue?
NO you don't have to be a member to buy from us. The reason we have a members section is so you don't have to enter your details every time you want to purchase from us. There are however other advantages of being a member. We will let you know about special offers before anyone else. Quality new UK pool tables, air hockey tables, snooker tables and cue accessories that become available will be offered to you first and we often have special prices that only members can access.
