Delivery times will vary depending on the products ordered from Top of the Cue
however please use the information below as a general guideline. If you require

Delivery Times
A rough guide to delivery times on our products can be found below. For games
tables and larger items you will always be contacted up to 24hrs prior to
shipping to book in a delivery date.
Pool Tables: MDF bed pool tables (up to 7ft) are usually delivery within 7-10
working days. Slate bed pool tables (6ft - 9ft including outdoor pool tables
and pool diner tables) are usually delivered within 10-20 working days. As some
of our slate bed pool tables are built to order this timescale can vary
slightly, however we will always keep you informed of any changes to your
order.
Snooker Tables: MDF snooker tables (up to 6ft) are usually delivered within
7-10 working days. Slate bed snooker tables (6ft - 12ft) are usually delivered
within 20 working days. As most of our slate bed snooker tables are built to
order this timescale can vary slightly, however we will always keep you
informed of any changes to your order.
Other Games Tables: Table football tables, air hockey tables, casino tables and
table tennis tables are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
Accessories: Accessories and smaller games items are usually delivered within
7-10 working days.
Delivery and Installation
Larger pool tables and snooker tables that require professional installation
include standard delivery and installation in the price. Standard installation
is to ground floor rooms only, with no more than 3 stairs up/down to the room.
Curbside/drive access is required and standard installation assumes there are
no access issues to the property or room the table is being installed to. If
you require installation to anywhere else please call Customer Service on 0870
050 9250 for a quote.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is included in the price of almost all products on Top of the Cue
(unless otherwise specified). We can only offer free delivery to mainland UK
addresses, within the area covered by our carrier's distribution network. This
means if you are North of Edinburgh/Glasgow, or in a remote area, there may be
additional charges. Please call us for a quote or more information if you are
unsure.
International Shipping
We can offer international shipping on bulk orders, or on any slate bed pool
tables or snooker tables. Please call or email your details to us and we can
provide shipping quotes. We cannot offer international shipping on any
individual MDF bed games tables due to the risk or damage.
